Improving the Professional Competence of a Teacher in Higher Educational Institution
Abstract
Modern realities require constant revision in understanding the formats and methods of teaching different courses in higher education institutions. The use of techniques, means and methods aimed at the active participation and involvement of students in the teaching and teaching process, such as modern technology. Use of interactive methods in the educational process. An educational environment aimed at activating the creative activity of students based on the use of interactive educational formats, methods and means facilitates the development of students' knowledge and skills in handling information sources, communicating with participants in the educational process and developing problem-solving skills. Leads to the development of key competencies such as information, communication and problem-solving skills.
