The Impact of the Information Technology Characteristics on the Quality of the Tourism Product - Dar Qasr Al-Kazimiya Hotel as a Model
Abstract
The research aims to know the impact of the information technology characteristics on the quality of the tourism product - Dar Qasr Al-Kazimiya Hotel as a model, as well as diagnosing the mechanism and identifying the capabilities and abilities of the organization (the research community) regarding information technology and the quality of the tourism product and the extent of their availability on the ground. To achieve this objective, the dimensions of the independent variable were adopted. Information technology (hardware components, software, databases, communications, human resources), and the dimensions of tourism product quality represented by (reliability, dependability, responsiveness, empathy, and tangibility) were adopted.
